According to a statement issued by the power sector to promote electric vehicles, standard battery charging stations will be built across the country. In the meeting of the Power Division chaired by Federal Minister for Energy Awais Leghari, a declaration has been prepared that world-class charging stations will be set up across the country.
At the same time, consultations are underway with all stakeholders for the supply of affordable electricity at charging stations. According to the Power Division, the draft of the charging stations and these affordable electricity supplies will be approved soon after consultation with the stakeholders.

Federal Minister for Energy Awais Leghari says that the charging stations will be made world-class and the supply of cheap electricity on them is among the priorities. According to Awais Leghari, power supply and supply of the required voltage will be ensured for the charging station.
