The Samsung Galaxy A27 is an upcoming mid-range smartphone expected to launch in early 2026, following the March 2025 release of the Galaxy A26. It will carry model number SM-A276 and sit between the Galaxy A17 and the upcoming Galaxy A37/A57 in Samsung’s lineup.

Design and Display

The Samsung Galaxy A27 is likely to include a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels. The refresh rate on the screen is speculated to be 120 Hz to ensure smooth scrolling and gaming, while the peak brightness of as high as 1200 nits should make it very visible even in direct sunlight. The gadget weighs approximately 197 grams, measures 161 × 76.5 × 8.3 mm, and is sleek yet sturdy.

Performance and Hardware

Under the hood, the Galaxy A27 will be powered by the Exynos 1380 (5 nm) chipset, coupled with an octa-core CPU (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A78 + 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and a Mali-G68 GPU. That should comfortably keep multitasking smooth, gaming efficient, and performance reliable for general usage. The device will launch in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, while the internal storage will be 128GB, further expandable via microSDXC.

Capturing Setup

While Samsung continues its tradition of strong camera performance in the A-series, the Samsung Galaxy A27 should feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor. It is designed to capture sharp and detailed photos in different lighting conditions.

Along with that, there is an 8MP ultrawide lens to support capturing wider shots, good for landscapes or group photos. A 2MP depth/macro sensor completes the setup, adding portrait effects and close-up photography options.

On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera, capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps. Photography options will include LED flash, panorama, and HDR.

Battery and Software

The Samsung Galaxy A27 will house a 5000 mAh non-removable battery to keep the phone running for an extended period of time with heavy usage. It will support fast charging, possibly at 25W, for quick power-ups. Software-wise, the device is expected to arrive with Android 14 and Samsung’s One UI 7, with several years of guaranteed updates.

Colors and Style

Samsung is going to introduce Galaxy A27 with the option of vibrant colors, including Brave Black, Personality Yellow, Fantasy Blue, and Optimistic Blue. These reflect Samsung’s effort to appeal to both young and mature audiences alike with its stylish aesthetics.

Expected Price Galaxy A27 in Pakistan

While official details are yet to be confirmed, the Samsung Galaxy A27 is expected to launch in early 2026 with a price range of $300–350 globally and around PKR 85,000–90,000 in Pakistan. This positions it as a strong competitor against Xiaomi’s Redmi Note series and Realme’s mid-range offerings.
